M Ranch is located in a very productive region which receives an annual average rainfall of 57”. The soils are mostly comprised of Necessity Gilbert silt loam, Gigger silt loam and Perry Clay.

The ranch is under approximately 7 miles of high fence with additional predator wire, which was completed in 2010. Wild pigs have been eliminated within the fenced perimeter to ensure they don’t compete with the deer.
25 quality blinds are in place with 15 feeders. 7 free choice 1700 lbs. protein feeders and 4 free choice 600 lbs. protein feeders are used. The owner utilizes AgriLife protein feed supplemented with a couple of his secret ingredients. On average, 20 tons of protein feed is supplemented to improve antler growth. There are 250 +/- acres of food plots positioned throughout.
M Ranch is enrolled in the Deer Management Assistance Program and has a permitted hunting season for white-tailed deer that begins on October 1st and ends on February 1st.
